Our pricing includes the inside and outside of each window pane cleaned as well as tracks and screens cleaned. Additional services if needed are: mirrors, skylights, water stain removal, and paint removal.
For multi-level homes, we use professional grade extension poles or reach from within inside an open window. We don’t work off ladders, but may do so in order to clean skylight wniodw panes, but this service is a case by case serivce and only if the roof is not too steep or too high up.
Our minimum price for homes is $150.

We show up rain or shine! Most homes have eaves / overhangs that help protect the windows from rain water. In most cases we can access and clean protected windows as they may be untouched by rain water.

If you have a screen that is torn or the fabricate is severely deteriated, we can change that out for you no problem! We service standard window screen sizes and sliding door screens. Also to good to make note of is we do offer a thicker material to help proctet against pet wear.
